English Under-21 Centre, Sam Cox of Bath has joined
Caerphilly.
Uiniati "Winnie" Moa (former Bridgend and Pontypool Prop) is in
training with Caerphilly.
Chris Brown, Dean Colclough and Paul Williams have
signed for Bedwas.
Gavin Lucas back row from Rumney, (ex-Cardiff, Newport,
Bridgend & Pontypool) training with Caerphilly.

Lyndon Griffiths is to become a player/coach at Pencoed.
Fionn McLoughlin
(Outside Half, son of ex-Irish Prop Gerry McLoughlin) is training with the

Jason Hewlett (Scrum-half) has signed from
Bridgend.
Taunaholo Taufahema and Sione Tuipolutu have signed for a 2nd
season.
Fellow Tongan Puku Faletau (Narberth Prop) is about to join the
Green Army.
Dai Hawkins has left the club and joined Aberavon, where he will
team-up with his brother Daniel.
Terry Holmes has left his position as head
coach of CRFC due to business commitments, Charlie Faulkner has also left the
club, Mark Ring is now head-coach for Caerphilly RFC.
Dean Parsons is the
new conditioning coach.
Graham Thomas has allegedly signed for
Bridgend.
Justin Thomas has rejected a bid by Ebbw Vale and confirmed his
place with Caerphilly.
Mark Workman has been offered a substantial sum to
transfer to Pontypool.
Matthew Bolton has agreed to stay with
Caerphilly.
Nicky Jones (wing) has signed for Caerphilly from UWIC.
Owain
Ashman (utility back) has signed from Cardiff.
Christian Ferris (hooker) has
rejoined Caerphilly from Bridgend.
Tim Marsden is apparently leaving
Caerphilly to join Coventry.
Dean Colclough is supposed to be moving to our
Division 1 neighbours Bedwas.
Andrew Barcley (Ex-caerphilly prop, currently
with UWIC) and Phil Wheeler (Cardiff) have all been training with Caerphilly
1st XV.
Scott Heddington (Cardiff scrum-half) has signed for
Caerphilly.
Neil McKim who has been training with Caerphilly has been
selected for the Wales 7's squad for the Manchester Commonwealth
Games.
